- How long do you suppose each cleaning service you provide takes?
Generally, cleaning takes about 1 hour per bedroom when it is for a team of 2. In the case of an absolutely cluttered home, we recommend that you choose the move-in/ move-out option.
- How many people will be there during cleaning?
Typically, there are only two people that are needed when cleaning your home. Although in some cases, there may be three people or only one. For example, if your house if quite large or if you need it to be cleaned quickly, then we can send three people for the job. If your place is not that big, then a single person may be enough and more applicable for quicker cleaning service.
- Do I have to be home during cleaning?
No, you don’t have to be there to wait or linger during cleaning. You can simply leave the key to us and we’ll take care of the cleaning when we arrive. Some clients leave their keys under the mat, in the mailbox or somewhere else. Just give us your instructions to follow or call us so that we know how to get in.
- Do I have to provide for the supplies?
That is not necessary for we bring with us all the supplies needed, from vacuum to paper towels. If you prefer another product to be used, you just have to let us know.
- Are your products and services green and Eco-friendly?
